Changing the chemical make up: how they make junk food seductive

I was intrigued but not entirely surprised when I read this in the paper today. ‘Bliss point’ would ordinarily be something that you might associate with seductive acts of some sort, but apparently it is how manufacturers describe levels of salt and sugar in processed foods.
