This was something I got while out for coffee today. I hadn’t thought of this combo for a salad but it was delicious! So I looked out a recipe so I can try it for myself.
Baked oatmeal is a hearty choice for breakfast, particularly in the colder months. Make this ahead of time then place it in the oven in the morning. Feel free to play around with spice and fruit combinations. adding cloves and ground ginger make a lovely touch.
