With the help of Active Explorers daycare centre next door, we have been trialing fitness classes for the under 5’s. Our aim is to combat the national childhood obesity epidemic by simply making fitness both fun and completely normal, from an early age.
We are running a trial with some 2 year olds from a local early Learning centre: here is what they have been up to! We are hoping to roll this out onto our public timetable soon!
Thank you Megan for kinda volunteering to be in this week’s home workout! These were born out of the fact that too many clients complained they did not have time to exercise. You can ALWAYS find 5 minutes spare in your day, no excuses!
