Do you know the TRUE value of sleep?

Do you get enough sleep? It’s all too easy to skimp on sleep when we have so much to squeeze into our finite daily allotment of 24 hours, but do you value sleep as much as you should? 

Will more sleep make me slimmer?

On my very first TV appearance, stated that the answer to how I did it was simple, eat less and do more. But is it really that simple? Some sources say not. What else is it then?
