The headaches have been escalating. On Wednesday the nurofen didn’t take the headache away at all. So I went back to A&E. another check confirmed that its ok, nothing major, just the joys of concussion.
I didn’t go to work yesterday. To be honest, I wasn’t too sure about going today either. I keep waking up to find the room is spinning, its not nice being on your own involuntary roller coaster.
Well, its over 24 hours since I came home from hospital, and I am pleased to report that it isn’t as bad as I had feared. Last time I was constantly violently dizzy and I couldn’t see straight. That went on for weeks.

Here in New Zealand it is compulsory to wear a helmet while riding a bike. Lots of people in the UK seem to think this would put people off riding bikes. If New Zealand is anything to go by, that’s utter rubbish.
