Thank you Megan for kinda volunteering to be in this week’s home workout! These were born out of the fact that too many clients complained they did not have time to exercise. You can ALWAYS find 5 minutes spare in your day, no excuses!
This one is brought to you from Fossbender on a chilly Sunday morning, all you need is a bit of space.. actually not even that because we adapted it too.. so all you need is space to stand up!

This weeks is really simple, and knee friendly all upper body only!
