This weeks photo challenge is silhouette. The photo I wanted to use for this was immediately obvious to me, this is one from the ITU world championships, which I competed in on Monday 22 October.
When I got up today, nervous apprehension, I think was the description. I ate some breakfast but not enough, and I did feel a little unwell. All normal race day nerves.

DUBAI AIRPORT 28 degrees in Dubai. Can we not stay here for a while? 😉 5am and we are preparing for landing. I have been on this plane for 7 hours.
