This one is brought to you from Fossbender on a chilly Sunday morning, all you need is a bit of space.. actually not even that because we adapted it too.. so all you need is space to stand up!

As always. we are open to suggestions and you can find our entire series on our YouTube channel. This series was born out of a comment from a client that they didn’t have time to workout. Well, when it only takes 5 minutes there are no excuses!
