5 minute workout #17: the couch potato!


The perfect workout if you cannot be bothered to move! All you need is a couch (and the potato is optional!)

All our 5 minute workouts can be found on our YouTube channel. Here is this week’s workout. These were born out of a regular complaint we got from clients, that they didn’t have time to work out. There is ALWAYS time for a 5 minute workout!
