30 jump squats
40 deep sumo squat
40 heel flicks
50 plank shoulder tap
50 high knees
40 second back plank hold
40 jump lunges
30 second extended arm plank hold
30 shoulder star jumps
20 side plank stars R
20 tuck jumps (high front kicks)
10 burpees
10 wide grip push ups
