Well have a look at this picture then. This person has just run 3.1miles, which is just over 5km. They did it at quite a decent pace: 9:15 minute miles which is just over 5 minute / km. that’s around 30 mins of hard running.
Consider this for a moment. Look at the devices calculation for the calories spent: 394.
You could easily consume this amount of calories by eating ONE of the items of this list;
- 2 Moro bars
- Small tub of ice cream
- 2 avocados
- 3.5 bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- 2.5 glasses of red wine
- 1 large slice of pizza
- 1 small McDonald’s fries
- 1/2 a cheeseburger
- 1/2 a sweet muffin
- 1 bagel
- 1 small bottle of Diet Coke (or similar)
