This is a new class we are developing, using Mark’s army background and functional fitness knowledge to produce a class that is like none of our other classes! If you want hard core, you got it!
To be honest, I had not really thought about how tyres would be useful for a workout till he asked me to go out into the garden and try out his long list of crazy exercises!
Why tyres?
‘Because it isn’t high tech equipment: I wanted to show that you can make a lot of great fitness workouts out of something that is in effect, being thrown out’.
