Are YOU what you eat? Is that a good thing?


I Love this quote. It sort of sums up today’s society: ‘there must be a pill for that’. We seem to think that quick fix is the only way forward, we haven’t time to do things properly. Well, sorry, to make changes stick it doesn’t work like that. 

The age old quote ‘you are what you eat’ couldn’t be more true. There are so many more ailments these days that could easily be fixed by diet: Type 2 diabetes being a prime example of a diagnosis that is associated with poor diet and being overweight.

So, look inside your pantry. Are you what you eat? Is that something you like and are proud of, or something that needs changing?

Only you can decide.
