Decide for yourself:
- In what way is your goal important to you?
- What steps are needed to achieve it?
- What threats might be in your way?
Now, for each threat you listed, prepare a positive response that is worded in a way that reassures you that this goal is worth achieving.
Now keep them all safe somewhere and read them in those doubting days. Mine are in a mini scrap book that I have called ‘my winners bible’.
