Recently I have seen a lot of people, clients and non clients, saying they cannot see the change, they weigh the same, they weight more, and so on. One client recently said are these sessions getting harder because I don’t feel like they are getting any easier.
Then I saw this quote.
Think for a moment about how you are FEELING. Forget the statistics (far too many of us are obsessed with those too!) think about how you feel, how you look, how strong you are, what y can now do that you couldn’t before. Exercise is a feel good as well as a look good, which is equally important.
