I hear so many people make excuses as to why they cannot keep fit or do what they want to do.
There’s so much research to show that staying active keeps you you healthy so it’s your job to FIND a way.
I was told in 2013 that I couldn’t run any more, if I wanted to preserve te health of my failing knee. I struggle to competitive cycle any longer and gave up triathlon. Did I give up completely? No. I swim long distance, I row, I still cycle recreationally and now full time train and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
There is no ‘I can’t’. It’s just a case of finding out HOW CAN I.
