I walked along the beach to central surfers paradise and my my my feet and legs knew about it! That was on on firm sand too!
It made me think: why not switch up your exercise and change the terrain that you walk on, and, gravel, grass, hill, make it different.
Even walking on concrete pavements when you don’t usually (like me!) can be a challenge.
Do the same thing, but make it slightly different. The same thing won’t get new results.
