No, it sure didn’t. How many times have you set off on your day thinking ‘I KNOW today will be a bad day’? Guess what happens? it is! Why/ because you have a negative filter on today, and even if something good happened, you aren’t likely to see them because you have decided in your mind that today will be bad.
So, try this. Next time you decide to ‘have a bad day’, PRETEND it will be a good day. your unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between pretend and real, and you just set yourself a positive filter. 🙂
