Recipe: Original hummus


HummusI decided to try making Hummus this week. How simple!?! if you have a bullet style blender it’s super easy! (And healthy!) 

  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 14 ounces chickpeas drained
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini

Blend the lot and hey presto! I honestly don’t know why I didn’t try making it myself before now!
