Group Fitness – Personal Training – Massage
A miserable day and a spare afternoon means only one thing: swim or turbo. Since it’s Saturday afternoon, which I consider to be a nightmare time of the week to go to the pool, I opted for turbo.
This time I decided to go for sufferfest, rather than my own spin class cue list / playlist (although you will find me on spotify if you want to listen to my spin class music playlists.)
Nutrition:
Breakfast: berry, yoghurt and coconut milk smoothie
Lunch: Humous and crackers, apple
Dinner: vegetable tagine, banana slice and yoghurt
Exercise: 1 hour turbo
I do like a good hard turbo session, it’s a great platform to work hard in the safety of indoors, isolate certain skills and work on intervals and bust a gut, all things you can’t properly do on the open road! That is also the beauty of spin classes, which is why I am so looking forward to taking some classes very soon.
The smoothie I made today was a variation on a recipe I found online, based on what I had available:
Berry and coconut milk smoothie
I didn’t strictly measure, so don’t worry about quantities they are just a guide. It was a very nice smoothie!
