Breakfast: mango, avocado and lime smoothie
Lunch: crackers and humous, apple, a few nut
Dinner: chicken, baked Kumara and salad
Exercise: took a swimming lesson, limited exercise
Mango, avocado and lime smoothie
1/4 cup sliced avocado
1 cup sliced Champagne mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 teaspoon honey
2 cups crushed ice
This one was a little strange, but actually ok. I would have this again, although hubby wasn’t sure. I think it needs extra blending time if you add avocado, that would be my tip.
Feeling good, I know I have a way to go, but I am already feeling much much better. Wanaka this weekend so who knows what that will do to the week’s result, but I intend to enjoy myself, after we finish!
