Group Fitness – Personal Training – Massage
I decided to give spirulina one more try with this shop bought one, and a home back up one backup I case I was sucking pond weed again.
Nutrition:
Breakfast: smoothies (see above)
Lunch: flat bread and humous
Dinner: meal out (sausage and mash, yoghurt marshmallow and fruit)
Exercise: 30 min swim drills
Make the most of the time you have was my motto for today, and ‘choose happiness’. I didn’t feel like going for a swim but I still did. I only had 30 minutes so decided on drills, best use of the time allotted, in my opinion.
Many people around me at work are stressed, and try and rub it off on me. I have to work hard to live in the moment and think this is not my ‘stuff. But as long as I am consciously thinking about it I am one step down the road already.
