Worry about things you can control!

Quote I started reading a book today about someone who was creating her own ‘happiness project’. She starts by discussing what happiness is, how do we know how we have it, and how do we make sure we don’t spend our whole lives looking for something that is right beneath our noses.

This quote reminded me of this, because it refers to things we cannot control, which is very often the source of much stress – a waste really, considering it’s something we cannot control.

Instead, we should be spending our energies on things that ARE under our control like the decisions we make surrounding the life choices and situations we are presented with.
