Breakfast: kiwi fruit and banana smoothie
Lunch: tuna on flatbread, apple
Dinner: chicken and vegetable bake
Exercise: 30 mins in the gym – strength
Today I brave the scales after the weekend, find out the damage. It was worse than I feared. 2lb on. Gutted actually. And I’m still really tired after yesterday’s efforts too. Never mind: forwards we shall march. The truth of it is that easy tinned heat on a fire camp food isn’t that cold on calories, and we just don’t have the space (or inkling) to take our entire kitchen’s utensils like some of the visitors to the camp site we stayed at.
