I’m just about recovered from my serious DOMS at the weekend. Ironic really when all I did was walk? I used to think walking didn’t count. Oh how wrong I was.
But, if you’re going to walk, then for goodness sake do it outside, so you can get out and about and feel the wind in your hair too!
