Make excuses? Join project get me back again!


Mel TimehopI saw a photo yesterday that jolted me into reality. Now before you leap to conclusions, it’s only small changes I need to make but it’s still weight loss and regaining fitness nonetheless.

I have done it before, in fact the first time was massive, 4.5stone and I had no fitness, I started from the beginning. So relatively speaking it’s a mini change. But, if I say it out loud and share it, that will help me commit to this.

So here’s today’s Vlog. Join me, and let this be the first day for you also, of ‘project get ME back again’!
