App review: ‘workouts’


IMG_2989This is an app that has a colourful icon with a stick man working out. In the app, you can only choose full body workout, without purchasing the rest, in app.

You get an option, then, of 10, 20 or 30 minute workout. I chose ten. The structure is 20×30 second exercises, each with a video demo.

The only down side is that it assumes you have exercise equipment, but doesn’t tell you. What you need at the start of the workout. I should have had dumbells, but I didn’t.

Ok for free, but there’s better ones out there than this.
