Sometimes life throws us curve balls and it doesn’t matter how big or small they are, it matters how we deal with them.
Just days after I decided to make an effort to get the fitness and diet back in track, (which was going well) I’m thrown the gastro bug (again). I’m just a little tired with being ill.
But it is what it is, stuff happens that we don’t always like and we just have to get on with it. That’s all.
So it’s time to recharge (again) relax and recuperate. Fluids and lots of them, strepsils to ease my razor blade throat, antibiotics, and hope it doesn’t last as long as last time!
