Yesterday I posted a blog stating how I wanted to make a positive change in myself, and give me some more of ME.
I made a list and on it was how I didn’t consider anything under an hour as training and how I had to make the most of the little valuable time that it had. Well, I started as I mean to go on and squeezed in some supersets in the gym on my way to work. I only had 15-20min tops, but it’s better than nothing. The other bonus is I pass the gm to get to work and am in gym gear for work today because I am teaching swimming later.
With a short time available I went for 3×8 x quads, hams, bicep and tricep. It’s been a while so I didn’t go super hefty, for now.
It certainly seemed odd to be in and out so fast, but there’s nothing more satisfying than being able to say you used EVERY minute available.
ANY amount of training is better than none.
