This soup is so simple there’s only one step to the instructions!
INGREDIENTS
6 cups chicken stock
1 9-ounce package tortellini (cheese, beef or spinach)
1 cup diced fresh tomato
6 to 8 leaves of basil, chopped
PREPARATION
In a large pot, bring stock to a boil. Drop in tortellini, tomato and basil. Cook 7-9 minutes, or according to tortellini package directions.
