Be specific.

‘I want to lose weight so I will exercise and eat healthy’.

This is an example of a badly constructed goal. Too vague, and multiple goals. Tackle goals one step at a time. Small steps makes the mountain much easier to climb and is more likely to help you stick at it.

Be realistic, be specific, be successful!
