Create an inspiration

Daily prompt: If one experience or life change results from you writing your blog, what would you like it to be?

On the left, 2005, on the right, 2009, my first World championshipsThat’s simple. This blog was started to document my own journey. Very quickly I realised that my own weight loss story struck a chord with many other people. I began to get asked questions, and advice.

The blog has evolved over the years, and I try and include real life personal accounts of my journey, the most recent being my current struggles with fitness in light of personal circumstance. I also include inspirational quotes and stories that I have found and want to share, recipes, and all sorts of other things.

however small the steps are, they are still steps.

however small the steps are, they are still steps.

If I can inspire just one person to reach their own personal goals, then I feel like my blog has been worthwhile.

Thank you for stopping by, and if there’s someone you think would benefit from a little motivation, or quite simply a few heart felt stories to let us all know that we are only human, please do share the blog or website link and help get the motivational message out.

The blog schedule helps to let people know what is coming when, so you know what days you would most like to visit. I am part of POSTADAY 2013 so there will be at least one blog per day throughout 2013.

Thank you for reading. 🙂
