Daily prompt: If one experience or life change results from you writing your blog, what would you like it to be?
That’s simple.This blog was started to document my own journey. Very quickly I realised that my own weight loss story struck a chord with many other people. I began to get asked questions, and advice.
The blog has evolved over the years, and I try and include real life personal accounts of my journey, the most recent being my current struggles with fitness in light of personal circumstance. I also include inspirational quotes and stories that I have found and want to share, recipes, and all sorts of other things.
If I can inspire just one person to reach their own personal goals, then I feel like my blog has been worthwhile.
