sweat on my brow, you might almost call that training!
I’m up to 2 hours now on the turbo, 3/4 of the swim WITH legs, and hour slots of aqua jogging.
I am even running on two feet for 40 seconds at a time now.
Actually I am thanking my lucky stars that my training and rehab is indoors, with all this ice and snow!
I do have a small appeal though, for sky TV… Please change the movies I have watched them all at least twice!
